P N Mahadevan -Managing Director

P N Mahadevan has nearly three decades of professional service in Marketing, Publishing and IT industry starting in 1977. His last appointment was with Skycell Communications Limited (now Bharti Cellular Limited) as General Manager-Corporate Affairs.

Prior to his appointment with Skycell, Maha was the Head of GETIT Infomediary Limited (Bell Canada Enterprise). He was responsible for setting of the entire Yellow Pages operations in India. He played the pioneering role in the introduction of the Yellow Pages in the Indian Market. He took the company from a revenue of USD One Million in 1988 to USD Twenty Five Million in 1995.

Mahadevan has traveled all over the world extensively in is over 35 Years of Professional career. Mahadevan started his own enterprise in 1996 under the banner Purple Infotech Limited and setup the entire distribution channel for Point-of-Sale Systems and peripherals for Epson and Casio Japan in India.

Mahadevan also played a pioneering role in the introduction of POS system and Mobile Applications for the retail and utility industry.

In the year 2006, Mahadevan diversified into hardcore technology solutions in the field of Security and Traffic Management and developed a State-of-the-art Traffic Regulatory Management System (Patent pending) for Tamil Nadu Police. The system comprises of PTZ cameras, Automatic Number Plate Cameras, Wireless Network, Handheld Computers for booking Traffic Violation cases, a comprehensive front and back-end application software and setting up of Modern Control Room. This project is a first of its kind in India, which has since been implemented by other Police departments in India.
